Excellent safety
The New Energy Fuse use advanced alloy fuses and optimized structural design, and the breaking capacity generally reaches more than 3000 amperes. The high breaking capacity enables it to quickly cut off large currents when encountering short circuits or overloads, preventing damage to circuits and key semiconductor devices, and ensuring long-term stable operation of new energy equipment.
Excellent high temperature resistance
The shell material of our fuses is made of high-temperature ceramics or high-strength glass, which can work stably in the range of -40℃ to +125℃. At the same time, the internal materials have good thermal stability, ensuring that long-term high-temperature operation will not fail and can increase the life of the product.
Fast fuse response
Since semiconductor devices in new energy equipment are extremely sensitive to overcurrent, the design of new energy fuses aims at a fast fuse response of milliseconds to cut off abnormal currents in time and avoid thermal damage to semiconductor components. The fuse current error is controlled within ±10% to ensure accurate protection.
