10x38mm Fuses are tubular fuses that comply with IEC 60269-6 and UL 248-19 standards. The main structure consists of a ceramic or high-strength fiber tube body, a pure silver melt and a quartz sand encapsulation layer. Its dimensions are 10mm in diameter and 38mm in length. It is suitable for DC and AC circuit protection. The rated voltage range covers 600V to 1000V, the rated current covers 1A to 32A, and the breaking capacity is 10kA to 50kA. The melt is connected to the terminal using a low-tin spot welding process. The quartz sand filling layer can suppress the arc and reduce heat conduction.
