Ceramic tube fuses and glass tube fuses cannot be used interchangeably.
The overcurrent of ceramic fuses should be higher than that of glass tubes. The quartz sand inside the ceramic has a cooling and arc extinguishing effect. When the current exceeds the nominal capacity, glass tubes cannot replace ceramics. Conversely, ceramics replacing glass tubes will lose their protective effect.
