Thermostat KSD9700 series products are thermostats that use bimetallic discs as temperature sensing elements. When the appliance is working normally, the bimetallic discs are in a free state and the contacts are in a closed/ open state. When the temperature rises to the action temperature value, the bimetallic element is heated to generate internal stress and quickly moves, opening/ closing the contacts, cutting off/ connecting the circuit, thereby playing a thermal protection role. When the temperature drops to the reset temperature, the contacts automatically close/ open and resume normal working state. It is widely used in household appliances and electrical equipment, such as washing machine motors, air conditioner fan motors, transformers, ballasts, electric heating appliances, etc.
